We’re now hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to help scale our reach by turning movement moments into massive awareness and funding for organizers on the frontlines of change.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing high-impact paid ad campaigns that connect millions of new supporters to social justice movements. You’ll turn Chuffed’s most powerful campaigns into compelling ad campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and solidarity at scale.

This isn’t just about ad management. It’s about using digital tools to fuel movements, amplifying the right stories, at the right moments, to bring more people into the fight for social justice.

️ What You’ll Do

• Run high-impact campaigns. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta bringing new supporters into key movement moments.
• Drive results that matter. Manage budgets and performance metrics to maximize donations to the world’s most pressing social justice issues.
• Turn data into insight. Use analytics to test creative, targeting, and messaging, constantly learning and iterating to improve ROI and impact.
• Collaborate on storytelling. Work hand-in-hand with our Head of Strategic Storytelling and Social Media Lead to ensure organic and paid efforts amplify each other and stay true to movement narratives.
• Spot breakout opportunities. Identify trending campaigns, viral stories, and cultural moments where ads can supercharge reach and donations.
• Innovate and experiment. Test new formats, placements, and audience strategies to help Chuffed stay ahead of digital trends.
• Be our performance pulse. Build regular reports that translate ad data into clear insights, helping the team make fast, evidence-based creative and budget decisions.

• You’re fluent in Ads Manager. But you see beyond dashboards – you understand why people click, share, and donate.
• You’re analytical and creative. You’re able to interpret data and craft compelling creative that performs.
• You experiment fast. You know how to launch, test, and optimize quickly so you can learn and iterate fast.
• You’re proactive and autonomous. You spot opportunities and act on them.
• You care deeply about social justice. You understand the power of storytelling in movement spaces and you’re familiar with the language and communication styles used in activist circles.
• You’re low-ego and collaborative. You bring ideas, learnings, and curiosity to every interaction.
• You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Quick shifts, breaking campaigns, and high stakes excite you.

Benefits

• $75,000 – 90,000 USD (Full-Time). This is a 12-month contract with potential for ongoing work as Chuffed scales in North America.
